DATES FOR THE DIARY

AGM - THURSDAY 9th JUNE
SURBITON BRITISH LEGION

Dear Parents and Supporters.

I wrote to you last October concerning the future of PBFL, and many of you attended a meeting on 3rd November. At the time we as a committee were unsure if there would be another season of football and we asked for your help. We have made this season work with the numbers we have on the committee without really utilising your offers of assistance. Next season and the close season we will need your help in a variety of areas some of which are listed below.

We are going to operate next season albeit having to take some unprecedented steps at senior level. We also need to increase numbers and raise our profile within and outside the borough. We feel the easiest way to outline our needs for the league is to invite you to the AGM on Thursday 9th June at Surbiton British Legion Hollyfield Road Surbiton KT59AL at 8pm. This will also be an opportunity to raise any issues you have concerning the league and put forward any ideas you have.

The following roles require undertaking in order to run the league next season. The roles can be managed by more than one person in order to share the workload, and current committee would be able to demonstrate what is required in practical terms. In some cases the roles only require attention at certain points of the season often towards the end or beginning.
